Happy Friday friends! We made it to Friday! It's funny, I have been an entrepreneur for almost 14 years and it doesn't matter if you work for someone or work for yourself, there's just something about Fridays! Maybe it's knowing that you will spend more time with your family or maybe you have some special events happening over the weekend. Either way, there's truly nothing like the weekends! For me, the weekend is a time to reset and do the things you can't get to during the week. What do the weekends mean for you? Whatever you enjoy doing I hope it finds you on the weekends!
So let's get to my outfit of the day for today! It was the 1st week of spring this week and it sure as heck didn't feel like it! But today was not that bad! The temperature went up to 6 degrees! wow, I know that's still so cold! But when you've seen minus 22 days this feels like a blessing! The sun was out most of the day which put the feeling of spring in the air. I don't know what it is but it was like as soon as we hit the 1st day of spring I could hear the birds chirping 1st thing in the morning! I officially put on my spring trench coat! Today's outfit was another example of a classy, chic look. I wore a classic pair of denim mom high-rise jeans with a lilac bell sleeve top and layered it with the spring oversized trench from H&M. I wore my CHANEL dupe ballet flats from Arden and this was the perfect look for working from home a bit and errands in the afternoon! This look was effortless, stylish and trendy chic! I absolutely love it! Let me know what you think and how you feel about wearing the colour "lilac"? I find that as women get older, some tend to stay away from colour! Please, please don't do this! This can actually age you! Step outside your comfort zone and throw on some colour! You will be surprised as to how it can make you feel and also, how you make others feel around you!
